Use will have + past participle for all subjects:

Examples:
"By the time I'm 40, I will have established my own company. Before that, I will have gained enough experience working in different industries. By 2030, I will have created at least 50 jobs in my community."

Mistake: "By next year, I will finish my studies." (wrong tense)
Correct: "By next year, I will have finished my studies."
Mistake: "She will has completed the course." (incorrect form)
Correct: "She will have completed the course."
Mistake: "By tomorrow, they will have leave." (wrong participle)
Correct: "By tomorrow, they will have left."
Always include a time reference with Future Perfect. Without it, the meaning is unclear:
"I will have finished." → When? Add: "By tomorrow, I will have finished."
